This series of one-on-one sessions is an invitation to rediscover your childlike wonder and connection to your divine nature and reclaim the freedom to be yourself. This offering is designed to make room for a more inspired, more effortless, way of being.
It’s an introduction to practices, guidance and bold moves that radiate a loving, moment-to-moment experience of life. But this isn’t theoretical. It is embodied.
It starts with self-exploration, self-compassion and invites release of fear. This leads to a subtle, but powerful inner softening. It includes pragmatic, but spiritually sound support to help you cross the threshold into the new, more liberated and purposeful version of you.

— The Astrology —
First, we locate you in the timeline. Your answers to the Shift Series questionnaire help us establish the starting point. These will focus our 75 min. natal chart reading, recorded with transcript. This session isn’t the usual “Sun, Moon, Rising” kind of reading. It’s the road map to your awakening. We’ll demystify all the epic planetary alignments of this summer and how they’re activating your own personal evolution.

— The Deep Coaching —
This is coaching at the soul level, listening for your Higher Self and clarifying what your heart knows. Every other week, you’ll receive a deep coaching session, each 75 min. Recorded with transcripts. These THREE sessions may start like traditional coaching, unpacking the issue that brings you here. Eventually, though, the heart takes over from the intellect and the “problem” sort of dissolves. There’s more spaciousness, freedom and peace available. Confidence and purpose are often restored. The path ahead feels more organic and effortless.

— The Integration —
The weeks between your astro consult + each of your three deep coaching sessions are for integration and reflection. To facilitate a deeper understanding of your shift, you’ll receive journal prompts, meditations, spiritual practices and email support. Drawing from the work of Leon Vanderpol and others, I will share simple practices, tailored to your astrology, that bring about a more aligned way of being. These anchor your understanding of this awakening. You gain more insight into what wants to emerge for you and who you truly are as a result.

— The Awakening —
By the end of eight weeks, you will understand yourself on another level. A new, more assured, inner knowing will have anchored within you. The drama of your past self will have diminished and a more trusting, more relaxed version of you will emerge. You will love yourself more and watch this love ripple out to every part of your life.
